Marta Kenny began her career with YAM Properties in 2013. After 5 years managing YAMs real estate portfolio, Marta was promoted to Director of Operations in May of 2018. In 2025 Marta assumed the role of Director of Real Estate. Marta has a background of over 15+ years in real estate management, with experience in project management, project development, commercial leasing, and operations.
Education
Marta received her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences at the University of Arizona and later received her Masters in Physical Therapy from Universidad de Vigo in Spain.
