Martha Chapman has had an extensive 20-year career in face-to-face sales and customer service for one of the largest Fortune 50 retailers in the country. To expand her career portfolio, Martha left the stability and comfort provided by her employer to take a position within a church. These career opportunities allowed Martha to experience the value of helping others with their needs, life’s challenges and to succeed. It has also allowed her to capitalize on her passion for serving others and supporting their continued growth.
This passion for serving others, led Martha to ERA Davis & Linn Real Estate. Starting as an Administrative Assistant, Martha quickly learned the tools that were required to support day-to-day operations for realtors and the brokers within the office. Martha played a critical role in 2013, supporting the transition of ERA Davis & Linn Real Estate to a paperless transactional environment using a system called DotLoop. Post this implementation, Martha has continued to take steps to assist agents to work more efficiently and effectively, particularly in a mobile environment. Martha has found great satisfaction and fulfillment in her role at Davis & Linn Real Estate as it allows her to grow and learn and impart this knowledge to others so they can "work smarter, not harder”.
Martha was honored in 2013 and 2014 as a finalist in the National Office Coordinator of the Year award within ERA. In 2015, she was again nominated and selected as the 2015 National Office Coordinator of the Year throughout the entire ERA organization. This recognition solidified Martha’s desire and passion to help others succeed, which has continued to motivate her to drive continuous positive improvements within the ERA Davis & Linn organization.
Martha is honored to be a member of the Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) organization. She is excited about the opportunities ahead to drive positive results and support agents and brokers on ways to grow their personal business and provide exceptional customer care. With its’ newest CRM/Webpage/Client Search platform Moxi Engage, ERA has established a single, integrated solution designed to help agents run their real estate business and drive results. Martha looks forward to working with agents to maximize the benefits of the Moxi Engage platform.
