A licensed real estate agent since 1997, Venice native Martha Pike is a proven leader in her market area. Before joining a popular Sarasota real estate firm in 2008, Martha worked with two national agencies, earning a number of awards as a top producer for both companies. She proudly joins the team at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Venice office.
Having designed, implemented, and monitored a range of marketing materials in both print and digital mediums, Martha brings her customers the power of exposure and brand-based recognition to achieve the best possible results. By collaborating with other professionals and the relocation division, she remains committed to providing the most comprehensive support resources available. Martha's negotiation skills ensure her customers get the best price possible for their home whether buying or selling. A resident of Nokomis and a mother of three, Martha is active in the community. She served as the chairperson for the Venice High School Alumni Association's annual golf tournament as well as multiple Habitat for Humanity fundraisers. Martha was a community board member with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Florida and volunteered as a youth mentor. An avid boater who enjoys life on the waterfront, Martha likes to take part in the myriad of leisure opportunities that Gulf Coast living has to offer - and knows that you will, too.
