Mr. Cook has extensive experience leasing and managing commercial real estate to include wholesale exhibition space and retail assets. He is skilled in preparation of revenue budgets to which Martin always would strive to exceed through leasing vacant space and increasing rental rates on renewals. Martin is able to work closely with retailers such as small local shop owners to regional and national retailers as well as internal departments such as construction, legal, leasing and asset management.
