Martin Ginsburg is the founder and principal of Ginsburg Development Companies (GDC), a Valhalla, New York-based real estate firm known for its award-winning residential and mixed-use developments across New York and Connecticut. Trained as an architect, Ginsburg began his career designing hotels in New York City before transitioning to real estate development in 1963. Over the past six decades, he has led GDC in the creation of more than 10,000 housing units, including notable projects such as Boulder Ridge, Mystic Pointe, and the Harbors-at-Haverstraw waterfront community. GDC’s portfolio includes luxury rental properties in Westchester and Rockland Counties, as well as commercial holdings like City Square in White Plains.
