Marty has served as President of Land and Lakes Development Company since 1998. He is responsible for all aspects of development, construction, leasing and sales. He is a licensed broker in Illinois and Wisconsin and brings extensive experience in commercial leasing, having negotiated more than 350 lease transactions totaling over 6.0 million square feet of office and industrial space. Marty received a B.S. from Creighton University and a J.D. from Loyola University.
