Marty Higgenbotham, founder of Higgenbotham Auctioneers International, began his real estate career the day he turned 21 and has been a driving force in the industry ever since. Under his leadership, the firm has conducted real estate auctions in 49 U.S. states and four foreign countries. Licensed as an auctioneer in 27 states and as a broker in six, Marty brings unmatched expertise and reach to every transaction. He is a past President of the National Auctioneers Association and a founding member of the Certified Auctioneer Institute at Indiana University, where he has taught commercial real estate sales for many years. Deeply committed to his community, Marty has received the two highest civic honors awarded by his local Chamber of Commerce, reflecting his dedication both professionally and personally.
