Martin Kamm, a Managing Director and Principal at Spaulding & Slye Colliers, is responsible for leading the firm’s Structured Finance group. In this capacity, he is responsible for creating, marketing and structuring debt and equity real estate capitalization solutions on behalf of the firm’s clients nationally. Mr. Kamm works equally out of the firm’s Boston and Washington, DC offices.
Mr. Kamm’s expertise encompasses the full spectrum of real estate financial and investment services with an emphasis in acquisition, recapitalization and development financing. He has extensive experience in financing properties, portfolios of properties, and real estate operating companies. Broad-based capital markets advice includes senior and mezzanine debt, as well as various private equity structures.
In the last four years, Spaulding & Slye Colliers’ Structured Finance group has arranged over $2 billion in capital for its clients.
