Martin Moore, a Senior Vice President with CBRE, leverages over 25 years of commercial real estate experience on behalf of clients throughout South Carolina and across the southeast. Martin’s experience includes sales, leasing and management of office, industrial, retail and mixed use properties. Additionally, Martin has experience in capital markets, redevelopment projects, land disposition, land acquisition for development, as well as consulting projects which include the State of South Carolina Strategic Plan and Implementation and the creation of a Special Source Revenue Credit for student housing. Both projects required extensive commercial real estate expertise.
