More than two decades of experience in the real estate industry with primary training and expertise in the office services specialty over the last seventeen years. Has brokered and consulted in landlord and tenant leasing representation, owner/user and investments sales, pre-leasing development services, build-to-suits and ground up development.
Mr. Starr has been with the firm since 1998 and has increased his involvement with project development as well as maintaining and growing relationships by consistently creating value for his clientele. Along with his continued role as in the Office Services Group, Mr. Starr became a partner and principal in the firm in 2011 after twelve years of brokerage activity.
