Martin Sutherland is a property agent with over 35 years’ experience in the market. Martin started out in residential estate agency and in 1997 joined Chesterton Surveyors in their Licensed, leisure and hotels department. Throughout the following years he gained great knowledge and contacts throughout the industry. Involved with private clients as well a blue chip companies, Martin has been involved in selling, leasing and acquiring hotels, public houses and restaurants either individually or in groups. He has joined Peter and the Hotel + Leisure team to help run a rapidly expanding business.
