Martine Melançon obtained her Bachelor in Animation and Cultural Researches from l'Université du Québec in Montreal and for several years worked in communications. In the early 1990s she re-orientated her career towards the management and administration of office, commercial and multi-residential buildings. During this period, she enhanced her education in the real estate field. She also acquired a general contractor's license in construction which enabled her to see through several major turnkey development projects for commercial and office buildings. Since 2003, Ms Melançon has worked for an international commercial brokerage firm.
