A seasoned retail real estate professional with more than 24 years of experience, Arrivo has successfully partnered with leading restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment brands to deliver transformative retail environments.
His portfolio includes notable leasing projects across Miami and West Palm Beach, such as CityPlace, a prominent mixed-use development by Related Companies. Arrivo’s experience spans ground-up developments, redevelopments, and market repositioning for retail assets aligned with evolving consumer trends.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Arrivo held the position of Executive Vice President at RIPCO Real Estate and previously co-founded Acre, a Miami-based retail consultancy.
