Mary is a strategic Human Resources and Operations leader with oversight of all office operations and HR operations within the Greater Philadelpia Region. She guides and oversees the HR operations of 150+ employees and independent contractors. Develop and manage all HR functions, including full life cycle of recruiting, hiring, staff performance reviews, compensation and terminations, retention, policy and procedure development/compliance, benefits administration, HRIS management, and EEOC reporting. Work closely with parent company to manage and extend brand reputation, ensuring brand recognition. With seven direct reports, manage/administer operational budgets.

• Contribute to technology innovations and HR operational efficiency. Launched a corporate intranet allowing employees easy access to documentation, benefits access, and company newsletters. Redesigned the onboarding and training program.
• Consistently lower costs and improve processes. Negotiated and implemented new employee benefit plans, renegotiated equipment leases, and initiated transformation to “paperless culture.”
