Licensed since 2004, Mary is a commercial real estate agent with RHA Commercial. Brokerage focuses are multifamily investments (including MF syndication, BTR developments and SFR portfolios), retail shopping centers and absolute triple net lease (NNN) properties.
Corporate experience in GSE multifamily loan servicing, REO asset management, short sale negotiation, underwriting, loss mitigation, plus residential and urban development- served as consultant and sales force for Hillwood’s Victory Park mixed-use project.
Additionally, over 25 years’ experience owning/managing personal portfolio of multifamily properties, including a 66-unit project where Mary partnered with the local Housing Authority, Volunteers of America, Bridges Out of Poverty, VA and other charitable organizations to provide quality affordable housing and other resources to the Muskogee, OK community.
