I launched my real estate career through a personal home-building journey. My first experience searching for land for my own custom build was daunting-navigating building regulations, codes, and permit hurdles at every turn. It was tough, but I persisted. I’ve truly been in your shoes, and that’s why I make it a priority to understand your unique property needs and goals. I went through the pain so you don’t have to.
It didn’t take long for me to realize that real estate was more than a passion-it was my calling. Having lived in Boulder Creek since 1987, I began investing in real estate in 2000 and became a licensed agent in 2004. Since then, I’ve cultivated an extensive network of resources, from stagers and tradespeople to land use consultants and engineers.
