Mason is a commercial real estate advisor with Colliers, specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, specialty-use, and land opportunities across North and Central Florida. As a member of Team Montour, Mason works alongside industry veteran Gary Montour, supporting landlords, tenants, and investors in executing strategic real estate decisions.
Mason's experience spans a wide range of retail product types, including neighborhood shopping centers, outparcels, and single-tenant net lease assets. He is actively involved in both landlord and tenant representation, assisting with client site selection, lease negotiations, and the marketing and disposition of retail and investment properties. With a strong understanding of Jacksonville's retail corridors and growth patterns, Mason focuses on identifying opportunities within emerging and established submarkets.
In addition to his brokerage work, Mason is actively pursuing advanced industry education and professional development. Mason is a candidate pursuing the CCIM Designation. He is also completing his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Management and two minors in Entrepreneurship and Digital Marketing Analytics. Mason has also been accepted into UNF's MBA program.
