Mason Popham is Executive Vice President at Thomas Park Commercial, where he leads brokerage and investment strategy across Maryland. His practice is centered on leasing representation and investment sales throughout Anne Arundel, Queen Annes, and Baltimore County.
Mason began his real estate career at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he performed asset management and acquisition functions for a multibillion-dollar portfolio of mixed-use assets nationwide. He went on to work as a Senior Real Estate Consultant at The Concourse Group, focusing on asset management for military housing and acquisitions for mission-critical transactions, before joining Thomas Park in 2021.
With a background on the principal side of real estate, Mason takes a data-first, analytical approach to leasing and asset strategy, using technology and deep local market knowledge to help clients make clear, confident decisions — from securing the right tenants to repositioning underperforming assets.
Before commercial real estate, Mason competed as a Division I wrestler at the University of Virginia — an experience that shaped the discipline and competitiveness he brings to every deal.
Mason lives on Kent Island with his wife and their children. Outside the office, he enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, hunting, and spending time outdoors with his family.
