Mason Popham joined TPI in 2021 with 5 years of experience in real estate asset management and consulting. Mason began his real estate career at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he helped manage a $5.7B portfolio of multifamily and retail assets located across the United States. Subsequently, Mason was a Senior Real Estate Consultant at a boutique consulting firm in Annapolis. In this role, Mason’s focus included Asset Management of military housing assets and project management for mission-critical real estate transactions. Mason was a Division I wrestler at the University of Virginia where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
