Mason Rabel is an Associate at Colliers based in Houston, specializing in Retail Brokerage with a unique specialization in Car Wash sales and advisory. As a member of Colliers’ Houston Retail Services team, Mason provides full-spectrum brokerage services across leasing and investment sales, representing landlords, tenants, developers, and private investors throughout Texas and the Gulf South.
In addition to his retail practice, Mason brings niche expertise in the car wash sector. He previously helped establish a car wash-focused team at Colliers and continues to advise owners and operators on acquisitions, dispositions, and site strategy. His client relationships in this space include private equity groups, family offices, and multi-site operators.
Mason began his career at Marcus & Millichap before joining Colliers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in construction management from Louisiana State University, where he was also an active member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE).
