Mason Waite is the Senior Managing Director of Asset Management at BKM Capital Partners and serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. In this executive position, Waite spearheads BKM’s Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Leasing and Construction Teams to deliver competitive offerings that drive growth and increase value. Mason is responsible for setting the operational, leasing, and capital deployment strategies to maximize asset-level performance and returns. Waite specializes in executing the firm’s high-level business plans, strategic planning, and general oversight of asset performance.
Waite brings more than 14 years of experience to his position at BKM, with expertise in strategic asset management, leasing, property operations, underwriting, and due diligence. Mason has transacted over 1,500 leases across 12 markets, overseen $230 million in capital projects, and managed more than 14 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial real estate. Waite’s diverse background provides BKM with a proven leader across all its value-add execution activities.
