Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Holbrook was principal and managing broker of MBH Investment Real Estate, LLC, (“MBH”) a Milwaukee-based brokerage firm he founded in 2016. With 20 years of experience and participation in over $850 million in completed sales transactions since 2011, Mr. Holbrook is a proven industry veteran. His areas of expertise cover all real estate sectors, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and other asset classes such as self storage and development parcels.
Prior to founding MBH, Mr. Holbrook was Senior Vice President of Siegel-Gallagher’s Investment Properties Group where he specialized in the analysis, marketing and sales efforts for investment properties throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest. Before returning to his hometown of Milwaukee, Mr. Holbrook built a solid foundation in real estate fundamentals and international business in New York, San Francisco and London, honing his skill set around market research, consulting and institutional-grade investment advisory platforms.
