Matt is an Analyst on the Investments team, where he contributes to the sourcing, analysis, and execution of real estate investments across a range of asset classes. His responsibilities include building financial models, conducting in-depth market research, coordinating due diligence efforts, and developing materials for Investment Committee presentations.
Prior to joining Davis, Matt spent two years as a Capital Markets Analyst at Atlantic Retail. In that role, he underwrote and successfully closed retail transactions totaling over $270 million. His experience includes financial modeling and market analysis across retail and industrial sectors.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, where he was also a four-year member of the Alpine Ski Team.
