Matt joined JLL as an associate in 2022 specializing in office investment advisory transactions as well as debt and equity placement throughout the Mid-Atlantic United States.
Prior to joining JLL, Matt was an associate at Greystone specializing in Agency financing nationally. At Greystone, Matt executed over $5 billion of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing volume totaling more than 250 multifamily loans across 39 states.
Matt started his career in the Philadelphia office of Newmark as an Analyst specializing in the underwriting of Office, Industrial, Retail and Multifamily assets. During his time at Newmark, Matt assisted the capital markets brokerage group in the disposition of over $500MM of commercial real estate assets.
