Matt is an innovative and engaging leader specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), growth strategy, capital planning, management consulting and entrepreneurship. For more than 15 years, he drives results by managing high functioning teams and providing leaders tools to do so efficiently through collaboration. He has served business owners and entrepreneurs as a growth consultant during dozens of engagements across various industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, data analytics, software, real estate, renewable energy and consumer products. Matt provides company stakeholders with the best information available to drive action through business road maps, scenario assessments and recommendations to maximize performance.
Matt founded and led a SaaS company by building a management team, recruiting a board of advisors, driving financial strategy to capital investment and hands-on leadership of innovative product development and launch.
Financial reporting, analysis and oversight for a Business Unit with more than $30M in annual revenue. He excelled in a project based Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
