Bio
Matthew Everett joined Newmark in 2022 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s Tampa, Florida office. With a primary focus of land brokerage, he assists in all aspects of the deal process including valuation, underwriting, market research and due diligence coordination for all land transactions in the West Florida market. Prior to joining Newmark, Everett worked for his family brokerage, which has specialized in multifamily real estate for three generations. He represented buyers searching for multifamily development opportunities in West Florida. During his years in school, he interned for RangeWater Real Estate, a multifamily developer and manager that is active in eleven states throughout the Sunbelt. He assisted RangeWater through market research and feasibility analysis, and tracked development projects through planning and entitlement as well as design and construction.
