Before arriving at Colliers in July 2023, I spent two years as an analyst for a locally-based real estate firm and helped support our brokerage, management, and receivership business by preparing Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) to establish appropriate value for client acquisitions, dispositions, and mark-to-market. Client profiles varied from financial institutions (CMBS special servicers) to private, ultra-high-net-worth individuals. As a broker, I can leverage my underwriting and analytical skills to provide white-glove service for corporate tenants in the office and industrial sectors, which has helped me quickly establish a presence in the Metro Detroit market.
