Bio
As SVP of Asset Strategy, Matt Hagan leads InvenTrust’s Leasing and Asset Management teams. He joined the company in April 2021 as Vice President of Leasing and was promoted to his current role in September 2022. Prior to his time at InvenTrust, Matt served 13 years in various management, leasing, and development roles for Regency Centers, most recently as Vice President – Market Officer in the Carolinas. Prior to his tenure at Regency, he worked on the Sherwin-Williams store development team, opening stores throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Throughout his 20-year career in retail real estate, Matt has been involved with over 800 real estate transactions. Matt graduated from the College of Charleston with a BS in Business Administration and later obtained his MBA from the University of Florida. He is a member of the ICSC and holds an active real estate license in Florida.
