Matt Handel is focused on acquisitions in the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets, as well as lease up of Philadelphia area assets post-acquisition. Prior to joining Alliance in 2011, Mr. Handel was a Senior Associate at JLL in their Philadelphia office.
Matt received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College and both a Master of City Planning degree and a Certificate in Real Estate Design and Development through a cooperative program between the School of Design and The Wharton School from the University of Pennsylvania.
