Matt is a Vice President at Block Hawley, where he represents landlords, tenants, investors, and developers on both regional and national levels. He is driven by his passion to develop strong relationships with his clients and industry leaders to provide relevant and impactful real estate consulting. Working as part of a collaborative team comprised of diverse professionals, Matt brings a fresh perspective by providing creative solutions throughout the real estate transaction life cycle.
Matt’s career in commercial real estate began in 2005 at CBRE in St. Louis, and over the past 20 years, he has gained experience working in Chicago and Los Angeles. His broad network of industry relationships has enabled a seamless transition into his role at Block Hawley. His client first approach and tenacity to develop new business has been the backbone of his career in commercial real estate. He’s served as an advisor on a multitude of projects and treats every transaction, regardless of size and scope, with the same integrity and thoughtfulness they deserve.
Outside of his professional life, Matt is an avid sports fan and the proud father of two beautiful daughters. He enjoys spending time outdoors and is a dedicated supporter of youth basketball in St. Louis. Prior to his career in real estate, Matt worked in sports television, where he had the opportunity to conduct a memorable 30-minute interview with St. Louis Cardinals legend Jack Buck and Dodgers broadcasting icon Vin Scully.
