Matt Irvine is a Senior Managing Director of Property Management Accounting. As a financial services group member, he leads the third-party accounting team and treasury department. Matt provides managerial support within the financial services group, specifically in the areas of client accounting and treasury. Matt is responsible for establishing effective procedures, measuring the department's performance, evaluating new technology, and managing client relationships. In addition, Matt oversees the company's treasury function, including processing electronic transactions, bank account management, and fraud prevention.
Before joining Greystar in 2004, Matt held various accounting positions with Trammell Crow Residential located in Dallas, Texas. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
