Bio
Matt Jahnke is Vice President of SARA Investment Real Estate. Matt is responsible for proactively executing the investment strategizes for each asset in SARA’s portfolio throughout Wisconsin, Missouri, and Minnesota. Matt leads the asset management team, which is responsible for developing strategies, analyzing market trends, overseeing leasing and property managers, analytics, and cash flow projections for each asset. Matt also oversees the disposition efforts for our portfolio. Matt’s earned his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University. Prior to SARA, Matt worked on CBRE’s leading retail investment sales group in Chicago, working on retail property sales throughout the country. Matt has an entrepreneurial mindset and previously founded two other companies. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, hiking/camping, and spending time with his wife and three children. Matt is actively involved in several real estate organizations and held past chair roles as the ICSC WI Operations State Chair, ICSC WI Next Gen State Chair, and is a licensed salesperson in the state of Wisconsin.
