Matthew Jones, CFA serves as Chief Investment Officer of Credit Investments and Managing Director at HGI. He is a member of the Executive, Investment, and Credit Committees. Mr. Jones is responsible for developing and implementing HGI’s credit investment strategies. Additionally, he oversees the credit investment team and leads efforts in sourcing investment opportunities and financing relationships. Prior to joining HGI in 2002, Mr. Jones served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Legg Mason Wood Walker. He holds a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.
