As Senior Vice President/Asset Manager of Development Services, Matt’s single focus is to create value by performing financial analysis associated with acquisition, disposition, and financing for all property development initiatives. In addition, Matt’s responsibilities include the management of capital projects and being the key liaison between equity partners, property managers, and leasing agents associated with the portfolio.
