Matt is a Senior Managing Director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL from Colliers International in 2022 and co-leads JLL’s Northern California and Northern Nevada Multi-Housing Investment Advisory platform with partners Ryan Wagner and Brandon Geraldo, overseeing multi-housing asset sales and land sales within the region. Matt has over 17 years of experience specializing in the sale of institutional multifamily properties and development sites throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada, participating in transactions representing nearly 20,000 residential units and nearly 10,000,000 square feet of commercial space.
