Matt oversees leasing and asset management for a number of PacTrust properties including Washington High School, a downtown creative office space that houses a restaurant, two cocktail bars and the Revolution Hall event space.
A Portland native, Matt graduated from Santa Clara University in California with a degree in finance. His past work experience includes positions at Trammell Crow and Pacific Real Estate Partners. He joined PacTrust in 2010.
Outside of work, Matt serves on several boards including the local chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, as well as the Columbia River Economic Development Commission.
