Matt is the Managing Partner of Investments at Dogwood Capital Management. Mannion is responsible for new investments, portfolio oversight, all phases of property financing, and underwriting. Matt has helped lead and originate over $580 million in acquisitions across multiple property types. Before Dogwood Capital, Matt was an office leasing broker for 3 years for Dogwood, responsible for leasing a 2.8 million SF office portfolio.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arkansas and is a Texas Real Estate Council (TREC) Young Guns member. Matt enjoys cooking, skiing, and hunting.
