Matt McNeill joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2022 in the San Diego office as part of the Capital Markets team. With more than 18 years of experience, he specializes in net lease investments, representing merchant developers, REITs, private equity, and 1031 exchange buyers of single and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the U.S. Along with Chuck Klein, Matt also joined Cushman & Wakefield through the DTZ merger with Cassidy Turley. There, he was a Top Producer for the company for seven years in a row, and a member of the Net Lease Executive Board.
