Matt is an Partner within the City investment team of London Markets. He advises clients on a range of acquisitions and sales instructions.
Matt has advised a range of UK Funds, Property companies and a diverse range of international clients on a number of recent property acquisitions and disposals.
In particular he has recently played the lead role on the sale of two prominent freehold sales of Algate Tower, E1 (£346 million) and 1Bishopsgate, EC2 (£32.75 million). Recent acquisitions have included the purchase of 65 Southwark Street, SE1 (£48.2 million) on behalf of Meadow Partners. In 2015 Matt also advised Legal & General on their acquisition of 47-49 Tanner Street, SE1 an exciting office development in Bermondsey.
Matt has over 10 years of experience in Real Estate Investment in Central London.
