Matt Perry joined Savills Boston office in 2021 as Corporate Managing Director and focuses on advising tenants – from technology and life sciences start-ups to professional services companies and major global brands. He specializes in the downtown and greater Boston markets and prides himself in finding and securing locations for his clients that contribute to their success and positively reflect their brands.
Matt joined Savills following the company’s 2021 partnership with T3 Advisors -- the leading real estate and workplace solutions advisor to technology and life sciences companies. Prior to joining Savills, he served as Vice President at Avison Young, where he was a member of the team representing the firm’s largest 2020 lease transaction – the 230,000 SF lease for Loomis Sayles at Boston’s One Financial Center. His team arranged 260 transactions totaling approximately 2.6 million SF, representing $970 million in transaction value. Matt began his commercial real estate career in 2013 at Colliers International.
Awards Achievements and Activities
A member of the Commercial Brokers Association, Matt is also active in his community and supports Saint Sebastian’s School as a Non-Trustee Committee Member. A former baseball player in the Detroit Tigers minor league system and recognized in the College of Holy Cross Hall of Fame, Matt’s client service is informed by a competitive spirit, focus on collaboration and performance excellence.
