Matt Saunders, executive managing director, assists clients in the disposition of non-institutional assets handling all aspects of the marketing process including pricing strategies, valuation/modeling, and negotiation and closing. Mr. Saunders has been involved in over $3 billion of multifamily transactions since joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2012. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Matt worked for a Houston-based brokerage firm where he was involved in over $300 million in multifamily sales. Matt received his MBA from the Jones School of Management at Rice University and a BS from Texas A&M University. He has been married to his wife, Melanie, for 13 years and has three sons, Carter, Eli, and Davis.
