Matt started his career in commercial real estate in 2018 as an acquisitions and dispositions associate for Neyer Properties, one of Cincinnati’s most active developers. Specializing in sourcing, underwriting and due diligence, Matt was involved in over $135 million dollars in transactions during his three and a half years at Neyer Properties. The deals included a mix of occupied and vacant industrial, retail, office and land. Matt spent another year and a half at Northpoint Development working on land acquisition, permitting, zoning, annexation and project management before bringing his license to KW Commercial.
