Matt got his start in hospitality as a Night Auditor at Sprague Hotel Developer's Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Edinburgh, and it was that position that inspired him to pursue this industry as his career.
With over a decade of leadership experience in hospitality, Matt has honed expertise in operations, project management, and team leadership across various renowned properties, including Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nobu Hotel, SpaceX's Starbase and most recently as the opening general manager of The Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis South Greenwood. Matt has a unique ability to blend operational efficiency with guest satisfaction, crafting seamless experiences for both guests and employees.
In this new role, Matt is focused on fostering innovation in hotel operations, designing cutting-edge systems for performance tracking, and ensuring that facilities are not only well-maintained but also optimized for long-term sustainability.
