Matt is a Director in our Newcastle office where he leads the Planning, Development and Regeneration team. Matt specialises in project management and development planning issues with over 20 years’ experience of progressing development projects through the planning system at strategic and local levels.. Matt is particularly experienced in advising on energy and infrastructure projects including Development Consent Order projects.. Matt also has a strong track record in advising on regeneration strategies and in project managing multi-disciplinary master planning and regeneration projects.
