Born and raised in Central Florida, he has lived in the region for over 35 years and focuses his practice throughout the Orlando MSA, with coverage extending into Brevard and Volusia counties. His deep local knowledge, combined with a data-driven and strategic approach, allows him to provide thoughtful guidance across a range of real estate opportunities.
With more than 10 years of experience in real estate and land acquisition, he brings an informed buyer-side and development-oriented perspective to every transaction. Having spent much of his career working directly for institutional homebuilders including KB Home and Dream Finders Homes, he has been involved in all phases of the acquisition process, including market and financial underwriting, site selection, and negotiation.
