Matt Williams is a senior real estate executive with nearly three decades of experience in net lease investing, underwriting, portfolio management, and leasing within a publicly traded REIT platform. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing at NNN REIT, where he is responsible for overseeing leasing strategy and execution across one of the largest diversified net lease retail portfolios in the United States. He is based in Orlando, Florida.
Matt has spent his entire professional career at NNN REIT, joining the company in 1997 and advancing through a series of leadership roles that span the full lifecycle of net lease real estate investments. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management & Analysis, where he oversaw portfolio-level performance, asset strategy, and analytical oversight. Earlier, he spent nearly two decades as Senior Vice President of Underwriting, leading the evaluation, structuring, and approval of acquisitions and build-to-suit investments across multiple retail categories and tenant profiles.
