Matt joined Bruns Realty Group after many years in both residential and commercial real estate as a Realtor, licensed appraiser and mortgage loan officer. Matt has used his real estate experience working with a variety of clients on various real estate transactions including property acquisition, marketing and closing properties for sale and lease. Professional Experience Matt came to Bruns Realty Group from McGregor Property Management which specialized in assisting investors in acquisitions, management and leasing investment properties. Matt was first licensed in 1995 and joined Spectrum Real Estate where he focused on residential sales. In 1999 he started Wright Appraisal Service and provided to his clients valuation services, which included residential dwellings, land, multi family housing and business valuation. Matt changed his career path and switched to Commercial Real Estate in 2011 joining HRI Commercial Realty and focused on sales and leasing of commercial and investment properties.
