Matt Zaplin joined RIPCO in 2026 as part of a select team of associates specializing in retail real estate throughout New Jersey.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Matt was with Cushman & Wakefield, where he gained valuable experience working on commercial real estate transactions and market analysis.
Matt advises retailers, landlords, and developers on all aspects of retail real estate transactions, including site selection, market analysis, lease negotiations, and strategic expansion. He works closely with clients to identify high-quality retail opportunities and develop real estate strategies that support long-term growth.
Matt graduated from Pace University in Manhattan. His market knowledge and hands-on approach allow him to effectively guide clients through the complexities of the leasing process and deliver successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
