Matteson Hamilton is an Executive Managing Director & Partner with the Industrial Capital Markets division in Stream’s Texas offices. In this role, Matteson co-leads Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets platform alongside Seth Koschak, providing strategic direction and oversight across the Texas markets. Established in 2022, the Industrial Capital Markets division offers a full range of services, including investment sales advisory, equity placement, and consulting, delivering best-in-class service through a combination of data-driven strategies and specialized industrial market expertise. Since its inception, the Industrial Capital Markets team has completed more than 90 transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in value.
Before launching the Industrial Capital Markets division, Matteson led Stream Houston’s industrial division, overseeing all leasing, tenant representation, and brokerage activities. Under his leadership, the Houston industrial team completed more than 1,800 lease transactions exceeding $2 billion in value and expanded the industrial leasing and management portfolio to more than 30 million square feet.
Since joining Stream in 2009, Matteson has been a consistent top producer, earning recognition in Stream’s Partners Club and repeatedly recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter.
