Matt serves as a Managing Director of the Houston Office Leasing Team. He is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operations of the team, expanding Stream’s office leasing portfolio, identifying strategic investment and development opportunities for the firm and its clients, and marketing and leasing office properties. Matt’s career has been dedicated to the leasing and acquisitions of institutional-grade office properties.
Throughout his career, Matt has controlled an institutional-grade office portfolio and successfully completed over 760 lease transactions totaling more than 4.2 million square feet. His ability to balance high-performance client service with team mentorship has earned him recognition as a trusted leader and a top producer.
His strengths include actively marketing properties, financial lease analysis, negotiating lease structure, and executing leases for a wide range of owners, all with different goal sets for their respective properties. Matt’s market knowledge and attention to detail allow him to complete a significant volume of transactions year over year.
